Project Description
Contributed to the design and development of a 16,000 SF custom residence in Franklin, Tennessee, including early planning studies that established the project’s overall layout and massing strategy. The selected design balanced large programmatic requirements across multiple connected volumes while maintaining clear circulation, functional adjacencies, and a cohesive exterior composition.
Contribution
Developed schematic design studies and floor plan options in response to the client's programmatic requirements. The selected scheme was further developed through design development and construction documentation, including refinement of spatial relationships, circulation, exterior massing
