Lot 1107
Project Description
Lot 1107 is a 12,000 SF custom residence located within an established luxury residential community, positioned along the golf course with the primary living spaces oriented toward the landscape. The design takes a modern approach through distinct building volumes, expansive glazing, and an emphasis on natural light. Slate siding and roofing reinforce the material palette and provide a cohesive character across the individual forms.
Contribution
Worked closely with the clients and Project Manager throughout the design process, participating in design meetings and contributing to the development and refinement of the floor plan. Collaborated with the Project Manager to develop the architectural design and translate the evolving design into a coordinated architectural drawing set. Produced the project's architectural documentation through the early stages of development.
